I am in the process of returning this now. Would of given this like poor quantity of celebritys. Package came very damaged, like any individual simply took a chunk of it. Ballon is damaged to the real foil part. I truly needed to get these for my sons 1st birthday celebration, but oh smartly. I can be scared to switch them, if vendor used to be so careless the first time, most likely wont be any higher the 2d time either.
