We were actually excited by using the Powerup, however the propeller is EXTREMELY fragile; it broke the primary time we used it.
UPDATE: They obtained in touch with me on Facebook and mentioned they are going to ship a substitute prop; it sounds as if they've re-engineered it to be greater. Very excellent customer support. I'll update once more when it will get here; expectantly second time is a allure, because this may also be a very cool toy!
UPDATE: Replacement props received; they certainly appear better.

My eldest son gave me a PowerUp for my birthday just lately (he's all the time stunning me with essentially the most odd rewards!). Both of us love "things that fly", so he knew I would love this machine.
As quickly because the party was over with, I unpacked the field, folded the airplane (following the simple directions included) and put the batteries in the charger. NOTE: minor annoyance... I want the battery compartment failed to require the Philips screws - could be higher if the duvet would simply slide or snap on/off for easier/quicker access. I slid the propeller clip meeting onto the nose and made a pair test flights (no power) to watch whether the aircraft needed trimming (adjustment of the elevons and rudder). I did bend the elevons up a little and put a moderate bend to the rudder fairly to the left.
Satisfied the aircraft used to be now "tracking" okay, I charged it for the utmost really useful 20 2nds, then gave it a throw (this was once in a big grassy space - do NOT fly this aircraft over arduous floors - that might easily wreck the propeller upon landing or crashing).
My first energyed flight was once a complete DUD! Tried once more...another bad flight..the airplane would go for a short distance, stall, and drop to the ground. Thinking the trim used to be off, I performed with the elevons and dihedral adjustment and tried again - nope, still had a dismal flight. Dissappointed, I was once about to surrender, however tried once extra.

When I first noticed this product I could not imagine that all I must do is to fold my very own paper aircraft and connect an engine to it and it'll fly!!
How wonderful and exciting product. My kids cherished it and we spent a quantity of quality hours together enjoying the "Air-force 1" check flights.

This item works as marketed. Some fiddling with the paper airplane you are making is required to make it sufficiently big to handle the brought weight although. The power plant runs for so much longer then I would have expected. Great fun for the buck.
